Welcome to the JBF Family...
Community is woven throughout everything we do at Just Between Friends.
We are local moms and dads just like you who work super hard to
help families make ends meet.
For some, providing basic necessities for their children is harder than for others.
We are blessed to work with various non-profits throughout
the Greater Philadelphia area to recycle items that help ALL children to grow up
feeling confident, stylish and most of all, LOVED!

In 2008, Tracy and her friend Beth stumbled upon Just Between Friends (JBF), a practical simple solution that enables families to sell and purchase children's items at reasonable prices. They were immediately sold on the concept and established the first JBF franchise in Pennsylvania, launching in Reading in the Spring of 2009. They then expanded by acquiring the Western Mainline territory.
A fun fact... we were among the first occupants of the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, which remains our venue to this day.
By 2014, Tracy assumed sole ownership of the Western Mainline JBF franchise, with her husband John immersing himself in its day-to-day management. Together, we have grown the JBF Sale in oaks into the nation's largest consignment event.
In December 2022, we fully embraced our commitment to helping families say "YES". Tracy acquired the JBF Franchise System and John took over the Western Mainline Territory.
Now, John leads the Oaks event along with a fantastic team that we’re honored to call friends. We're excited about the future and would love for you to join our growing community of parents with a purpose.

As a mom, I get it! Raising kids on a budget is tough...not to mention they grow out of things so darn fast. That's why we created Just Between Friends. Our award winning event allows local families to sell the items their kids no longer use, and get way MORE for LESS! It's a win-win and why I love JBF...I know you will too!
My Family...
When my husband John and I started JBF 14 years ago, our children were 12 and 8 years old..my how time flies! Both of them are now in their 20's and recent college graduates. We get it...kids grow FAST!
Our Team...
It takes a small army to put on a sale the magnitude of ours. The JBF Team is comprised of fellow moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and charity partners...all of whom we are honored to call friends. Join us! ❤️
